After nearly 20 years, Pilates EQ has decided to wind up their partnership and Lorraine will be continuing on as The Pilates Room (TPR).

Lorraine offers private and semi private sessions and small mixed equipment classes at the TPR studio in Sherwood Park, AB

Live Virtual classes (recordings provided) are also available from anywhere! We run sessions but you can join at anytime.
